United States Ambassador to Argentina, Noah B. Mamet, met today with Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“I am greatly honored to have been chosen by President Obama to represent my country as Ambassador to Argentina. I am strongly committed to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between our two countries,” said Ambassador Mamet after the meeting.
Ambassador Mamet arrived in Buenos Aires on Friday, January 16. That afternoon he presented a copy of his credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office of Protocol.
