Ambassador Noah B. Mamet visited ICANA, the Binational Center in Buenos Aires.  He toured the BNC facilities and met with a group of 30 Access micro-scholarship students.  The students welcomed the Ambassador and engaged in a productive dialogue, which allowed them to not only practice their English language skills, but also learn more about culture in the United States.  After this meeting, the Ambassador participated in a welcome reception organized by the ICANA Board of Directors and Eisenhower Fellows, where they discussed the importance of cultural exchange and English teaching.
