Location:  Argentina 

Event:  Latam Airlines has announced it will operate a flight from Buenos Aires to Santiago, Chile on Sunday, May 10, at 12:30 p.m. from Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza). U.S. citizens interested in departing on this flight will need to book directly with Latam Airlines. *The flight is subject to change.*

U.S. citizens can transit with an onward flight.  They should be prepared to stay in the airport for the duration of their connection time. Please reference our Embassy webpage on COVID-19 for the list of required documents and permissions required by the Argentine government to travel to the airport and options on traveling to Buenos Aires from the provinces. As the flight has appeared at short-notice, U.S. travelers in the province may not be able to meet Argentine requirements for departing the provinces or for the airport. Only travelers with confirmed international flight reservations may travel from the provinces to the Buenos Aires metropolitan area 24 hours in advance of the flight.
