On March 29th, Counselor for Press and Public Affairs, Thomas Mesa delivered opening remarks at the opening lecture of the new lecture series, “Revising the bilateral history: Has the conflict between Argentina and the United States been a constant?” implemented by the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI) with support from the U.S. Embassy. The series is aimed at exploring the bilateral relationship over time.
Throughout 2016, professors and experts will discuss and debate various key moments in the history of the bilateral relation. The speakers for the first talk were Rosendo Fraga (Director of the U.S. Committee of CARI), Patricio Giusto (Director of Diagnostico Politico) and Felipe De La Balze(General Secretary of CARI). This project aims to be a long-term contribution increasing knowledge and understanding and a deeper analysis of the Argentina-United States relations
