To processes your CRBA application, gather all the necessary documentation.
SEND YOUR APPLICATION PACKAGE TO THE AMERICAN CITIZEN SERVICES UNIT (ACS) BY EMAIL
All required forms and documents should be sent together to: BuenosAires-ACS@state.gov, on the same day, using the same e-mail address.
E-mail number one

- Subject line: “Child’s Last Name, First Name – CRBA Documents” (e.g., SMITH, Jane – CRBA Documents).
- Scanned copy of form DS-2029 filled out online.
- Scanned copy of form DS-11 filled out online.
E-mail number two

- Subject line: “Child’s Last Name, First Name – CRBA Documents” (e.g., SMITH, Jane – CRBA Documents).
- Scanned copies of parent’s IDs (U.S. passport, foreign passport or argentine DNI).
- Scanned copies of proof of U.S. physical presence.
- Phone numbers (home phone – cell number).
Please only submit documents in PDF format as a single attachment. We cannot accept zip files or online shared folders.
Upon receipt of all required documents, we will schedule your appointment.
Your child and both parents must attend the interview.
