
Public Affairs Counselor Thomas Mesa participated in the round-table meeting: “The Role of Congress in Foreign Policy – Argentina and the United States in Comparative Perspective” held during the XXII National Congress of Political Science in Mendoza. The panel meeting was organized by the Argentine Society of Political Analysis and the National University of Cuyo.
Mr. Mesa shared the panel with the President of REAL, Mr. Juan Pablo Laporte; the President of ICyTEL (Institute of Legislative Science and Technique), Alejandra Svetaz; the Director of Parliamentary Training of the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Santa Fe, Jorge Rinaldi, and Ms. Delfina Alvarez Ruffa, Counsellor at Argentina’s Senate Commission of Foreign Relations.
