The United States Secretary of the Navy, Richard V. Spencer, will visit Argentina on August 26 to participate in a regional symposium for alumni of the U.S. Naval War College. The U.S. Naval War College and the Argentine Navy will co-host the 18th Regional Alumni Symposium this August 26-29, 2019 in Buenos Aires. The conference is designed to continue the professional military education of NWC alumni. Programs include keynote speeches by prominent military leaders and faculty-led panels addressing the main contemporary challenges.
